Customer service is slow and questionable.
I’m sent many emails from the company of new items and incentives etc. One of which was if I left a review I would receive money off my next order. I left said review and yet to receive a discount code. This then led me to email and Facebook message to chase, which their response is extremely slow (thank goodness it wasn’t an urgent complaint!) I finally got a response with a code which was invalid and now being asked for proof of review. Still awaiting a code (which works!) as promised. Shame to see yet again another company lacking good customer service!
I’m slowly loosing faith and hope my refund from a previous order is actually actioned as they don’t been to be on the ball.

I returned an order the 20th January and I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve been chasing constantly. Only order if you intend to definitely keep

I honestly love this company and everything about it. I had a slight fault with one of my dresses so emailed customer services and when I say they jumped on it, they did. They were very patient with my delayed responses but helped me and with a personal touch.. made me feel like an actual person being heard not just an automated response. I was in but of a pickle and they really worked around me. I would personally like to thank Alice for being so wonderful. Couldn’t have asked for a better representative. Thank you Alice!

I bought a dress on the 2nd October which unfortunately wasn’t what i was looking for.
I sent the item back to DLSB & after hearing nothing i emailed them on the 2nd November & was informed that they had received my return on the 14th October but as they were a small business things would take a little longer to process, i accepted this. On the 16th November as i still hadn’t received a refund, i sent another email for an update they informed me that they could not locate my parcel even though i’d be told previously that they had received it! They told me it had to be investigated & could take up to 30 days & that they’d be in touch.
I didn’t hear back again so once again sent another email on the 8th December wondering whether they had an update for me & once again said that they’d be in touch with a conclusion.
I sent another message on the 16th & 22nd January & i am still waiting for a reply!
How else am i meant to contact you if my emails are being ignored?
all i want is my money back which is rightly mine

Returned items 3/1/23
Returned items received 7/1/23
Got the wrong refund on the 3/2/23 refund total 130 pound

However dlsb informed me refund was 296.00


Querying Where is the rest of my money


No straight answer received and cant talk directly to company

Ordered the black and gold from drive em wild range and it was stunning on. I have 2 more waiting in my basket for pay day. The dress arrived on time.

I always go to DLSB for something a bit different. Love their clothes. They are good quality and comfortable and always get complimented when wearing something from DLSB.
This jumpsuit is lovely, comfortable, lovely fit, long enough. It can be dressed up or dressed down.

I still have not received a refund from an order that was placed in November!!! It’s now February and I’m still chasing my money!!!
Will never buy here again.

Lovely dresses materials are great fit and hang nice and colours are amazing so bright and cheerful. Love the reversible and alternative styling options demonstrated including use of belts again.

Shame I had problems with a return and then receiving my refund back. Took over a month to get money back. The items were lovely material but too big. I would have ordered something else but this has put me off now.

Returned a dress, waited over 21 WORKING days for a refund and still no refund.
I’ve read the last few reviews and the automated responses and I can see I’m not the only one. Sorry DLSB you’ve just lost my custom.

Ordered over £140 worth of dresses for an event I was attending, paid for next day delivery, didn't receive delivery until 7 days after so couldn't wear anything I ordered to my event . Nice clothing etc but need to work on delivery

First time ordering and the last unfortunately. They received my return back on 10th Jan and I’ve heard nothing since. Looking at other reviews it looks like this is standard for them. They prioritise taking money from customers but they are in absolutely no rush to give it back.

It’s now been 17 working days so let’s see if I hear anything by 8th Feb…I won’t hold my breath!

Gorgeous dresses, sizing seems spot on, I'm 5ft and around 11st,ordered stunning dark green maxi in a 14 and it's perfect! Albeit a bit long but that's expected with my height.

Dresses are great quality with branded labels on arrival. Making them even better value for money! Received an additional discount by using their app. Speedy delivery which I tracked via Shop app.
